You can check your order status from the app or by calling the rider. You can easily check the rider information from the Qfood app.

You need to provide your order number to our customer service executive to assist you on that matter

Why can′t I cancel my order?
We are extremely sorry, once an order is placed into the system, it cannot be cancelled without any reason.
My food is reported missing/I found the food packaging damaged after delivery. What should I do?
Our concern team will look into the matter. If needed, we will compensate you with an apology voucher
What are the most common reasons for delivery delays?
The reasons for delivery delays are the restaurant′s dine-in rush, delay in food preparation, unavailability of delivery personnel, and delivery hazards.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Sorry, the address cannot be changed once the order is placed. Once the given address is input into our system, our rider can only track that address from his device
If my order is cancelled, will I get my vouchers back with my refunds?
Yes, if your order has been cancelled, then you can redeem your vouchers again.
