Refund Policy

Qfood has made the refund process relaxed and easy for our valuable customers. Our refund timelines are as follows:

  • Refund timeline for MFS: up to 10 Days.
  • Refund timeline for bank transfer (card): up to 10 Days.
  • Refund timeline for partial QFOOD payment: up to 10 Days.

Please don’t be concerned; if the status is “Refunded”, it means that the refunded amount is now with your account and is in the final processing stage. Even though for your guarantee, you may call the Qfood customer service number at 09613131414.


NOTE: Weekly and government holidays are not considered within these timelines.


Online payment orders:

Only if the restaurant has not yet accepted your order do you have the right to a refund. You acknowledge that if you cancel your order after the restaurant has accepted it, you won't receive a refund (in full or in part) and you will lose the delivery of your cancelled order.


Cash-on-Delivery Orders:

Orders placed using cash-on-delivery have the option to be cancelled only if the restaurant has not yet accepted them. If you decide to cancel your order after the restaurant has accepted it, you understand that you may lose the option to pay with cash-on-delivery for future orders as well as that you may be charged for the cancelled order's delivery.


Cancellation Policy

In the event that you need to cancel your order after it has been placed, kindly get in touch with us right away at our in-app customer service number. If a restaurant has not yet accepted your order, you have the ability to cancel it.


Qfood reverses the right to cancel any order at any time in any circumstances, or your order may be cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances.


Qfood reverses the right to cancel your order due to an act of god; or due to the unavailable of the delivery man; or the unavailable of the food at the desired restaurants.


Company Reserve Right

If Qfood reasonably suspects or discovers fraudulent activity connected to your Qfood account and/or with your Order, Qfood retains the right to cancel any Order and/or suspend, deactivate, or terminate your Qfood account.
